Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply when you use nahnuplugins.com, any plugin product developed and published by Nahnu Fitness LLC, or any service associated with those products. It applies to all visitors, newsletter subscribers, support requesters, affiliate partners, and plugin customers.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our services, the security of other users, and the broader WordPress community. Using any part of our platform means you agree to these rules. Violations may result in loss of access, termination of your licence, removal from our affiliate programme, or other action as described below.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who visits nahnuplugins.com, submits a form or message through this site, subscribes to our mailing list, holds a licence to any Nahnu Plugins premium product, participates in any Nahnu Plugins affiliate programme, or accesses any open-source plugin published by Nahnu Fitness LLC.
Acceptable Use
You may use our site and products for lawful, legitimate purposes that are consistent with the intent for which they were built. Our plugins are designed for use on standard WordPress installations by site owners, developers, and agencies building real websites.
You may browse and use this site for informational purposes, contact us through official channels, subscribe to and unsubscribe from our newsletter at will, apply to and participate in our affiliate programme in accordance with our Terms of Service, use our premium plugins on the number of sites permitted by your licence, and use our open-source plugins in accordance with the open-source licence published in each plugin’s repository.
Prohibited Use
Illegal Activity
You may not use this site or any of our products to engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law, to facilitate fraud, identity theft, phishing, or financial crime, to process or store data in violation of applicable privacy law including GDPR and the Washington Privacy Act, or to violate the intellectual property rights of any person or company.
Security and Infrastructure
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, databases, or accounts, probe or scan our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our prior written authorisation, introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code, conduct denial of service attacks or resource exhaustion attacks against us or any third party, intercept or monitor network traffic without authorisation, or use our services as part of an infrastructure to attack or exploit other systems.
Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not use our products or affiliate status to send unsolicited commercial email or other communications, use our mailing list signup forms to harvest email addresses, submit fake or automated entries to any of our forms, or use our platform to distribute spam through any channel.
Misuse of Plugin Products
You may not use a single licence on more sites than permitted by the licence tier you purchased, share, resell, or redistribute a premium plugin licence to third parties without our written permission, attempt to remove, bypass, or circumvent licence key verification or copy protection, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any premium plugin except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, modify and redistribute premium plugin code in a way that infringes our intellectual property, or use any plugin in a way designed to harm, deceive, or exploit end users of the sites on which it is installed.
Affiliate Programme Misuse
You may not engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, or any other technique designed to artificially generate affiliate commissions, make false or misleading claims about our products in any promotional content, use our brand assets in ways not expressly permitted, bid on our trademarked brand keywords in paid search without prior written consent, or promote our products to audiences through channels that contain illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or material that violates this policy.
Content and Communication
You may not use any communication channel we provide — including our support form — to harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users, submit false, defamatory, or fraudulent information, impersonate Nahnu Fitness LLC, our team members, or any other person, or attempt to manipulate our support processes to obtain unauthorised refunds, extensions, or access.
Privacy and Data
You may not use our products, particularly WP Smart Consent or any other data-related plugin, to collect personal data from end users without providing them with appropriate notice and consent, to process personal data in ways that violate applicable privacy law, or to build systems designed to surveil, track, or profile individuals without their knowledge.
Consequences of Violation
We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation we may take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning and require you to stop the violating activity, suspend or permanently terminate your access to this site, revoke your plugin licence without refund, remove you from our affiliate programme and withhold pending commissions where fraud is involved, report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or pursue civil legal action where our rights or the rights of others have been materially harmed.
We will use reasonable judgement in determining the appropriate response. Where a violation is unintentional and minor we will typically give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before taking further action.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of activity that you believe violates this policy — whether by another user, an affiliate, or a third party misusing our products or brand — please report it to us at contact@nahnuplugins.com. Include as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
No Endorsement of Third-Party Use
The existence of open-source plugins in our GitHub repositories does not constitute endorsement of any particular use of those plugins. Open-source licences grant rights to use and modify code, but those rights do not override this Acceptable Use Policy where a user’s activity causes harm to others or violates applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
