This Privacy Policy is published by Nahnu Fitness LLC, a limited liability company registered in Washington State, United States of America, doing business as Nahnu Media and Nahnu Plugins. We operate the website nahnuplugins.com, a showcase and information site for WordPress plugins developed by our team.
This site does not process payments or handle financial transactions. Plugin purchases are handled separately on each plugin’s own website.

This Privacy Policy covers personal data collected through nahnuplugins.com only. It does not cover data collected through individual plugin websites such as wpsmartconsent.com, wpwafmanager.com, or smartphonefield.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
What Data We Collect and Why
Data You Give Us Directly
Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our mailing list using the signup form on this site, we collect your email address. We use this to send you product updates, new plugin announcements, and other communications related to Nahnu Plugins. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Support form submissions. If you contact us through the support form at nahnuplugins.com/support/, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
Data Collected Automatically
Server logs. Like all web servers, ours automatically record basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting and are retained for a short period before being deleted automatically.
Analytics. We use two self-hosted analytics tools as described fully in our Cookie Policy. Plausible Analytics collects no personal data and sets no cookies. Matomo Analytics collects anonymised usage data and sets cookies only with your consent. Neither tool shares data with any third party.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Newsletter email addresses are stored in our self-hosted MailerPress installation. Support form submissions are stored in our WordPress database. Analytics data is stored in our self-hosted Plausible and Matomo installations. None of these are shared with advertising platforms or data brokers.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We never have and never will.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We use a small number of third-party infrastructure providers to operate this site, including our hosting provider and Postmark for transactional email delivery such as support reply notifications. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.
Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required to do so by law, court order, or a valid request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers. In the unlikely event that Nahnu Fitness LLC is acquired, merged, or substantially reorganised, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would notify you before your data became subject to a different privacy policy.
Data Retention
Newsletter email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe your email address is removed from our active mailing list. We may retain a suppression record of your email address to ensure we do not accidentally re-subscribe you.
Support form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions, typically no longer than two years.
Server logs are retained for a short operational period, typically 30 to 90 days, before automatic deletion.
Matomo analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months before being aggregated or deleted.
Plausible analytics data contains no personal data and is retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
Your Rights
