Support for paid plugins is prioritized. Free plugin issues are handled via GitHub, which also lets the community contribute fixes.

Your license key is in your account dashboard under My Account. After purchase you also receive it by email. If you cannot find it, use the contact form above and include your order email address.
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund on all premium plugins, no questions asked. After 14 days we handle refund requests on a case by case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
License limits vary by plugin and plan. Check the pricing page on each plugin's own site for the exact breakdown. If you need something custom like an agency or unlimited license, get in touch.
Our plugins are built to work with standard WordPress and WooCommerce and do not depend on any specific page builder. We build and test on Bricks Builder internally. If you hit a compatibility issue with your setup, report it and we will look into it.
Each plugin lists its minimum requirements on its own site. As a general rule we support PHP 7.4 and above and WordPress 6.0 and above. We recommend running the latest stable versions of both.
Custom work is handled through Nahnu Media, not through Nahnu Plugins support. Head over to nahnumedia.com if you need something built or customized.
Premium plugins update directly from the WordPress dashboard as long as your license key is active and entered in the plugin settings. You will see update notifications just like any other plugin.
