We regularly release updates for all our plugins, adding new features, fixing bugs, and ensuring compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce (if applicable). To get the best performance and security, we recommend keeping your plugin up to date.
How to Update the Plugin
Updating is simple and works just like other plugins in WordPress:
- Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins or Dashboard > Updates.
- You’ll see a notice next to the plugin if an update is available.
- Click the Update Now link to install the latest version.
How to Update the Plugin on a Multisite
If you’re using the plugin on a WordPress Multisite, updates must be installed from the Network Admin. You cannot update from individual sub-site dashboards.
Important Notes for Multisite Users:
- The plugin must be activated on each sub-site where it’s used.
- Updates will be visible on sub-sites but can only be installed from the Network Admin.
- The main site (root site) of the multisite checks for updates. If the plugin is not active on the root site, updates may appear as available, but you won’t be able to install them.
Note: Not all plugins support Multisite
Troubleshooting Plugin Updates
If you encounter errors while updating, it could be due to:
- An inactive license key prevents the update.
- A temporary server or connection issue.
- A conflict with another plugin or theme.
