To keep your access uninterrupted, we offer automatic license renewal, which provides the latest features, bug fixes, add-on updates, and product support. However, we understand that auto-renewal may not be right for everyone.
Renewals & Auto-Renewal Settings
- Renewal reminders: We send an email reminder three (3) days before your subscription renews.
- Turning off auto-renewal: You can disable this option anytime in the License Details section of your Account Portal.
- Lifetime licenses: Most plugins also have a lifetime version for those who prefer a one-time purchase instead of auto-renewals. You can upgrade anytime in your Account Dashboard.
- License Upgrades: You can upgrade your license key at any time and only pay the difference between what you have already paid in your current plan and the cost of the new license.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund. Your license will remain active until its expiration.
- If Nahnu Plugins doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Are Renewal Payments Refundable? Yes, annual renewal payments also come with a 30-day refund period.
- Refund requests must be made using the purchase email to verify that we are communicating with the account holder.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before renewal and request a refund after the payment has been processed, a 15% admin fee will be deducted to cover processing time and non-refundable payment fees.
