I didn’t receive the confirmation email with my plugin & license key.

If you didn’t get the confirmation email after purchasing your plugin, don’t worry—here’s how you can still access your files and license key.

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes emails can land in your spam or junk folder.
Please check there first before trying anything else.

2. Use the Order Confirmation Page

Right after your purchase, you’re taken to your Account page.

From there, you can:

  • Download the plugin files
  • Copy your license key

Pro Tip: Bookmark the confirmation page or save your license key for future use.

3. Still No Luck? We’ve Got You

If you didn’t see the confirmation email and can’t access the confirmation page:

We’ll resend your plugin files and license key manually.
